In my daily work in the financial sector, I manage teams and tech projects at the intersection of IT, business, and regulation - always focusing on clarity, agility, and building bridges across teams. I’ve built a full DevOps competency area in one of software house from scratch - with people-first leadership approach.
Every day I am going out of the box, optimizing management of people, projects and products to boost up effects and deliver highest quality. I believe that without a close-knit and cooperative team it is not possible achieve the efficiency and quality that can be reached. During my work I always ask one question: “What if we will do it differently?”.
