Dominika Kotuła-Gibas

Dominika Kotuła-Gibas, Head of HR. She built the HR department at Blue Media. When she joined the company 18 years ago, there were a dozen employees. Now there are more than 250 people.
Winner of Businesswoman of the Year (2022) in the "Sukces Pisany Szminką" competition in the "family-friendly company" category. She was also a finalist in the "Top HR Business Partner of the Year" competition organized by the Polish Society for Training & Development (PSTD) in 2016. She believes that a holistic approach and taking care of different areas of employees' lives are essential to building an HR strategy. In addition, she loves to share experiences during talks and classes with postgraduate students. She graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Gdansk, postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management at the Gdansk University of Technology, and Personal Controlling at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw.
