Tomasz Szmidt

Tomasz combines experience in data science and cybersecurity. At WithSecure, he works on Data & AI project delivery, bridging technical execution with business and human factors. Previously, he spent nearly a decade supporting one of NATO units in the area of information environment analysis. He also worked on securing critical energy infrastructure.

His interests increasingly focus on civic resilience, democratic resilience and the social impact of technology. Tomasz regularly contributes to hackathons, conferences and community-driven initiatives exploring these topics. His ambition for 2026 is to transform a local coworking space into a pre-incubator.
