Tomasz Snażyk

Tomasz Snażyk is an expert on investment contracts, M&A, project finance and corporate law, as well as the implementation of R&D and energy projects. On a daily basis, he advises investors, venture capital funds and the founders of the startups.  

He has advised on numerous investments while representing Venture Capital funds, business angels and startups. His knowledge and experience in various areas of the economy help him find the best law solutions for business clients.  '

Before founding Trio Legal Snażyk Granicki he founded and was the managing partner in SGP Legal Snażyk Granicki. Tomasz was working in a boutique law firm in San Francisco and in the international law firm Gide, providing legal support for investment projects, including crowdfunding projects, and taking care of economic proceedings and corporate law services. He was also the main advisor to a Polish company specializing in renewable energy and advised an American aviation company acting in Central and Eastern Europe.

Tomasz Snażyk is a graduate of law at the Warsaw University. He is very actively involved in the development of the Polish startup community and is a member of the board of the Startup Poland Foundation. He is also the author of many publications and studies in the field of VC, commercial law and business law in Poland.
