Remo Ojaste is a leadership trainer, former Estonian Special Operations Unit member, and co-founder of Combat Ready.

He helps leaders and teams operate under pressure, make faster decisions, and take ownership in complex environments. His work is based on real-world experience from military operations and the principles of Extreme Ownership, developed together with U.S. Navy SEALs at Echelon Front.

At Combat Ready, Remo has trained leaders across industries — from startups to large organizations — focusing on building aligned teams, decentralized decision-making, and high-performance cultures.
