Previously, Piotr was Chief Technology & Product Officer and Board Member at Displate, the global art marketplace that scaled to $120M revenue. Before that, he spent 7+ years at GOG.com / CD Projekt (makers of The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077), where he was Head of Software Engineering and Engineering Director.

Today, Piotr serves on the Supervisory Board of Morele.net, advises product and tech teams across multiple startups, is an official advocate of Team Topologies, and runs Ship It - his advisory and training practice for founders and product leaders.

His current focus: helping companies build competitive advantages by applying AI in business and product development - turning AI from a buzzword into a daily working tool for product builders.
