Patryk Jar

As Innovation Tech Lead at Kainos, he develops collaboration between business, academia, and startups in Poland. He leads initiatives at the intersection of technology, science, and industry, with a strong focus on digital transformation, innovation ecosystems, and turning emerging ideas into practical impact.

He has long been engaged in building and supporting communities around innovation, entrepreneurship, and new technologies. His work includes contributing to regional and cross-sector collaboration, participating in expert groups and advisory bodies, and helping shape initiatives that connect research, business, and the public sector.

He serves as an advisor and expert for academic and innovation-focused programs, supporting the development of investment, research, and technology-transfer initiatives. He also actively supports educational and talent-development programs, especially those focused on digital skills, emerging technologies, inclusion, and preparing students, educators, and early-stage innovators for the future of work.

Patryk is also involved in advancing the quantum technology ecosystem in CEE, co-organising Q-Con Quantum Conference, Q-Camp, and the Dual-use Hackathon, while also serving on the Program Council of the beSecure conference.
