Matt Kurleto is a globally recognized AI strategist and CEO of Neoteric, serving clients like Boeing, ZF Group, and the World Bank. He scaled the company into a 100+ person AI powerhouse and is the co-author of the Amazon bestseller The AI Advantage.

Creator of the Neoteric AI Innovation Funnel, Matt helps enterprises align technology with business strategy to maximize ROI. He has delivered over 5,000 hours of consulting and developed the AI Readiness Self-Assessment.

A serial entrepreneur, Matt founded Skillhunt, Appoint.ly (30k users), and SaaSManager (exit to Neoteric). Bridging the gap between engineering and venture capital, he has advised on 40+ VC investments and led the TechSeed Accelerator, helping international startups scale.

As a keynote speaker, he is known to explain complex ideas in simple words. He spoke at over 50 conferencess including at global summits (London, Atlanta, Vilnius, Prague, San Francisco, Dubai). Passionate about building robust economies, he is a coauthor of the Gdansk Bay Tech Ecosystem concept.
