Marcin Kowalik

Entrepreneur and Venture Capital investor with over a decade of experience in the tech industry. As a founder of two companies, Marcin successfully led both to exit—one sold to a Norwegian strategic investor and the other via a Private Equity-backed management buyout (MBO). Marcin was the Solo General Partner at Black Pearls VC, where he achieved a standout "dragon" exit with an 18.6x return from a NASDAQ-listed buyer. His entrepreneurial background gives him a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by early stage companies.

Marcin serves on the boards of the following #BlackPearlsVC portfolio companies: Autenti and Insly. Previously served: Skyrise.tech (exited Etteplan - Finland); Telemedi.co (exited Uniqa Group - Austria); Solwit (exited Alten Group - France).
