As a Project & Program Management practitioner with almost 20 years of experience, I have guided organizations through complex transformations, implementing ERP systems and leading international programs with large, distributed teams. My approach is rooted in tailored solutions; I am convinced that a company’s unique DNA requires a hybrid "blend" of methods rather than a one-size-fits-all framework.
