Łukasz Pierwienis

Łukasz Pierwienis - General Manager at Binance, where he oversees the exchange's operations in the Polish market. He is also a member of the Digital Asset Development Foundation (DADF). With a background as a legal advisor, Łukasz built his expertise at international law firms and leading investment banks, including Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs, where he specialised in regulatory matters across banking, capital markets, and payments. This foundation gave him a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory frameworks shaping modern financial markets. At PKO BP, he turned his focus to blockchain technology and asset tokenization, contributing to the development of innovative solutions in these areas. Prior to joining Binance, he founded a startup building a payment network for the tokenised funds in cross-border transactions — combining his legal and financial expertise with a hands-on approach to emerging technology. Łukasz has been active in the digital assets space for several years and remains engaged in supporting the startup and FinTech ecosystem in Poland.
