Previously serving as Co-founder, Head of e-Commerce & CTO, Joanna built and led the brand's comprehensive online sales channels, managing cross-functional e-commerce teams while overseeing IT infrastructure and strategic development initiatives. Her expertise spans over a decade in IT, specializing in e-commerce platforms, social media tools, big data management systems, and analytics.
