Jarek Pilarczyk

Jarek Pilarczyk is an operator-turned-investor with experience in computer vision, machine learning, and industrial technology. He has founded and led technology companies through two successful exits: TA Group to BT Signaal, Norway’s largest tolling operator, and Skyrise.tech to Nasdaq-listed Etteplan. Under his leadership, Skyrise.tech scaled from 30 to more than 120 employees in two years and was recognized by Forbes and the Financial Times as one of the fastest-growing companies in CEE.

Jarek has led more than 20 technology and R&D projects for clients across Scandinavia, DACH, and the United States, including unicorn-scale companies. His operating experience spans intelligent transportation systems, logistics, mobility, cybersecurity, healthtech, and deep-learning-powered machine vision.

As an investor, Jarek backs technically ambitious B2B companies applying software, data, and AI to strengthen the resilience of critical industries and advance European technological sovereignty. His investment focus includes computer vision, machine learning, industrial automation, robotics, advanced manufacturing, logistics, and cybersecurity. He is particularly interested in founders operating at the intersection of deep technical insight and real-world industrial complexity.
