Hubert Skrukwa is a Digital Transformation Leader and ERP expert with over 16 years of experience in technology and IT consulting. For the last 8 years, he has been a driving force at RSM Poland, where he successfully built and continues to develop a high-performing Oracle NetSuite team. Specializing in the implementation and localization of ERP systems, Hubert excels at bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution. Having worked with both mid-market and enterprise clients, he is a seasoned leader dedicated to delivering scalable, strategic solutions that address the complex needs of modern organizations.

Beyond his client work, Hubert is actively involved in developing educational initiatives that build strong digital and practical skills on Oracle NetSuite ERP. With RSM Poland serving as a substantive partner of the first Oracle Academy program in Poland, delivered in cooperation with the Poznań University of Economics and Business, Hubert and his team provide hands on training for finance students, preparing them for the demands of the modern market.
