How can I transfer my pass to another person?
You just have to log into your account on our website, go to the “Your passes” tab and click “Transfer to other person”. You can transfer one ticket at a time.
Transferring a pass is not possible after check in.
How can I get an invoice?
You will receive an invoice on the email address you put in for the order. You can also download the invoice from your account on our website - go to the "Your orders" tab. The document will be ready 3 business days after your payment is confirmed.
