I declare that the startup, which I represent as a representative, wants to take part in the Matchmaking according to the rules specified in the Startup Zone Regulations. *

I declare that acting on behalf of and for the benefit of the notified Startup, I express the will to exhibit a project within the framework of Startup Expo. I accept the Regulations of the BaltExpo Trade Show and the Regulations of the AmberExpo Facility in which the Trade Show is organised. *

I declare that, acting on behalf of and for the benefit of the notified Startup, I will prepare a maximum 5-minute presentation of the Startup in English, presented at the Trade Show, in order to encourage the largest number of participants of the trade show to visit the stand of the notified Startup. *

Grunwaldzka 472 B, 80-309 Gdańsk as a processor

as a Personal Data Controller Międzynarodowe Targi Gdańskie Spółka Akcyjna with seat at Gdańsk, Żaglowa 11, 80-560 Gdańsk (Organizer of 23rd edition of the BALTEXPO International Maritime Fair and Conference) jointly called: Joint Controller or ADO for the purpose of:

processing and using the personal data I have voluntarily provided, that is my e-mail address, first and last name, phone number, country, and place of residence, position or role in the startup, by the Joint Controller according to the personal data protection law as indicated in the Information Clause, *

receiving information about events organized by ADO or events where ADO is a partner or attendee, including by newsletter, using e-mail marketing to deliver commercial information through electronic means of communication to the e-mail address that I provided, and delivering such content to my devices such as laptop, smartphone, and others.*
