I hereby declare that I have read the Regulations of the “Parking gets SMART” Hackathon (hereinafter referred to as “Hackathon”) and I consent to the provisions in their entirety. *

I declare that the participants who I have registered in the team, as part of the Hackathon, have agreed to provide their data as part of the registration form and the Hackathon and to process them in connection with the Hackathon by its Organiser. *

Consents

I agree to the processing of my personal data by the Hackathon Organiser, i.e. Infoshare Foundation with its registered office in Gdańsk, for the purpose of processing and using the voluntarily provided personal data and additional information by the Personal Data Controller in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data, as indicated in the Information Clause (hereinafter referred to as the PDC), in order to enable the participation in the Hackathon. *

I agree to the processing of my personal data by the Hackathon Organiser, i.e. Infoshare Foundation with its registered office in Gdańsk, in order to inform me about events organised by the PDC, including sending a newsletter in the form of e-mail marketing, by sending me commercial information by means of electronic communication to the e-mail address I provided, and providing me with this content to my devices in the form of a laptop, a smartphone and other.

The participant has the right to access, amend, correct, rectify, delete personal data, the right to object and the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time.
