Noopur Gupta is an advisory software engineer at IBM Software Labs, Bangalore. She is the technical co-lead of the open-source Eclipse Java Development Tools project and works on the Eclipse tooling for new Java and JUnit versions.

She is a recognized speaker and thought leader in the Eclipse-Java community. She is also a member of the Eclipse Architecture Council and the ACM Future of Computing Academy.
