Bogusław Tobiasz

Bogusław works at Bayer as a Regional IT & Digital Innovation Director in CEE region. He has really changed the organization with his innovative ideas. Bogusław constantly inspires his peers, business and encourages them to act. He is a driving force of the company that is becoming more open to innovations and new technologies. Additionally, he is the Innovation Ambassador - he is responsible for Innovation processes at Bayer, leads the Innovation Team. Thanks to his strong leadership skills, he has the strength to change Bayer across the region. He identifies areas for development, seeks for innovation and possibilities of improving existing processes and then implements them.

In addition, he has a deep knowledge of Digital Technologies, including software development, support, architecture, management, acquisitions & senior leadership roles. MBA concentrated on management in corporate entrepreneurship.
