After you purchase a pass you will be assigned a personal code. Share the code to receive a pass upgrade or an additional pass.

When adding a General Pass to the cart, you can also purchase a Visitor Pass for 10 PLN (net). The promotional price applies to as many Visitor Passes as there are General Passes added to the cart.
The promotional price for the Visitor Pass is applied exclusively during the purchase of a General Pass. In particular, you cannot receive a discount on a Visitor Pass for previously purchased General Passes.

The discount is valid from April 20th to May 6th, and Infoshare reserves the right to extend it.

The IS Loyalty Club discount is given to participants who had a pass for 3 (or more) of the last 5 editions of the Infoshare Conference (2021 - 2025). The discount depends on the number of conferences the attendee has held passes for:

  • 3 conferences – 12%
  • 4 conferences – 16%
  • 5 conferences – 20%

Key rules:

  • The discount applies to the entire order, but only if the order includes 5 or less passes.
  • Participants are identified by their email address. To qualify, passes from the above-mentioned years must be assigned to the same email address.
  • The discount is applied automatically after logging into your Infoshare account.
  • The discount is valid until May 6, 2026.

Regulations of the Promotional Campaign "IS Loyalty Club".

You just have to log into your account on our website, go to the “Your passes” tab and click “Transfer to other person”. You can transfer one ticket at a time.

Transferring a pass is not possible after check in.

If you need a pro forma invoice, you can find it in the order confirmation email.

You will receive an invoice on the email address you put in for the order. You can also download the invoice from your account on our website - go to the "Your orders" tab. The document will be ready 3 business days after your payment is confirmed.
